Pricing -
COD available only on lotions and accessories. All other orders are to be prepaid by company or personal check, money order, or a credit card. Visa, Master Card, and American Express are accepted.
However, prices are subject to change without notice due to the fluctuating market and sales promotions.

Shipment methods -
UPS is our primary shipping company. However, on large orders, common carrier lines will be used at affordable rates. The customer is responsible for shipping cost, unless otherwise specified. In most circumstances, all lamps will be packed in 12-24 quantities.
Usually, all orders placed before 2:00PM EST will be shipped the same day.

Backorders -
We try at all possible costs to avoid back orders. If they occur, we will notify you as soon as possible. A substitute can be issued at the customer's request. We pay all COD charges on back orders of $50.00 or more. Any order under $50.00 will not be backordered unless requested by the customer. Shipping and COD charges will then be applied.

Damage -
If your product should arrive with damage, DO NOT refuse the order. You must note the damage with your carrier and contact your sales representative. This will help us to expedite refunds or credits quicker than if the order were refused.

Returns -
Product can be returned within 30 days of the date of your invoice. There are some restrictions on clothing and parts. A returned merchandise number (RMA) must be written on the outside of the box being returned. Any product without a proper RMA number will be refused. The original invoice or copy must accompany the returned merchandise. This product must be received in good condition.
