My name is Michelle Fren and I am the owner of Sunsational Tanning Spa in Milford, MA. I wanted to write this letter to you so that you would know what a tremendous job James Whipple did for me while I was in the process of looking for my location, as well as helping with every small detail involved with opening the salon.  Being new to the industry, I really didn't know what to do, but James made it so easy.  I can't even begin to tell you how many times he made the drive down here to look  at a number of different locations and then after we did find a location, he came down to meet with my electricians, and AC people. He must have made at least 5 or 6 trips down here. I probably called him every day, twice a day, and I was never made to feel like I was a bother.  He truly was the reason that I chose Future Industries for all of my equipment! He sold me on the equipment, but he mainly sold me with the personal customer service I received. Even now if a problem occurs, he is always available to help with fixing it, or he gets someone on the phone to try to help. No problem has ever gone unresolved.  I would highly recommend James, and Future Industries to anyone looking to open a salon.   James is truly an asset to your company!

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to tell you how happy we have been having James Whipple as our representative. From the first call we had with him over 2 years ago, to today, he has always demonstrated the highest level of customer service and professionalism.  His advice (solicited from us!) has always been on target.  We knew nothing about the tanning industry when we started, and he has guided us every step of the way.  From his recommendations on tanning equipment, to training classes, to lotion recommendations, he is always there for us.  We have called James many a time, on the weekends, in the evening etc. on his cell phone, and has always been available to answer our questions (no matter how silly they seem to us now!!). James single-handedly helped us every step of the way to open our salon.  We look forward to branching to a second location (hopefully by the end of this year) and know that with James, it WILL be a success.  I personally do not think that Del Sol could have been the success that it is today if had not been for James.  Not only is he a fantastic business associate, we are proud to call him a friend.  He consistently looks out for our best interests and we could not ask for anything more.Looking forward to many more years together.

I am writing because of how unique I feel my experience working with John Burr was. After researching various other tanning equipment I called on Future Industries. John Burr became my sales rep. I truly believe because of the relationship that John and I built I became convinced me to go with Future.  I do believe in the equipment and I am more than satisfied, but I would have to say that it was my respect and trust in John that ultimately convinced me to buy all of equipment from Future.  From the start, I found John to be intelligent, knowledgeable, straight forward and honest. I knew (especially from experience) what a rare person he was.  He always made me feel that my salon was special, that I was special and he always gave me and my needs his undivided attention.  He became my sounding board for so many other things concerning the salon (pricing, lotions) and I knew that the advice that he was giving me was sound.  He never made me feel as though I was bothering him when I asked questions and was available all the time before and especially after the sale.  He did everything he possibly could to accommodate my needs in terms of delivery, advice, etc.  I truly feel that I could not have gotten open without him.  His help dealing with my general contractors went far beyond my expectations.  In a sense he became my partner in the opening of my salon.  In this day and age it is extremely rare to find somebody that helps as much as he did and is involved to the degree that he was before, during and after the sale as well.  Honestly, I cannot say enough about his character and integrity and patience.  His knowledge of the industry is impeccable.  Again, I love my equipment, but it was and remains to be John Burr that keeps me and will continue to keep me buying from Future Industries as my business grows.  I feel as though I can call on him anytime and he will be there for me and my salon needs.  Even when he it at his busiest with other customer's I never feel as though I am a bother.  And that is because I truly feel he loves what he does.  I cannot say enough about how I feel about John.  Future Industries is so lucky. They have truly found a diamond in the ruff.

I am writing to thank you for the way you handled the situation; I couldn’t be more pleased with the service that you (and your staff) provided.  The bed that was replaced is working PERFECTLY!  You asked, “What can we do to make you happy?”  My response to you was, “I don’t want anything; I just want to feel confident sending people into that room.”  I can honestly say that you have succeeded in “making me happy”. 
When I saw you at the Expo and at the Spray Tan training, you said that “it is important to you that we (salons) succeed.  If we don’t succeed, neither do you.”  Because of that statement, I felt I could call you (without any hesitation) about the continuous problem I was having with the Sunsector.  It amazes me that I was able to call and speak with you, an owner of a very large company, right away and that the problem was resolved immediately.  You and your staff have proven that you will do what it takes to make sure we succeed. 
From the start, the advice I was given from James is more than I could have ever asked for.  He was so helpful & knowledgeable about the equipment, promotions, floor plan layouts, electricity issues, lighting, (the list goes on & on).  Dana was also extremely helpful when it came time for me to place my first lotion order.  I had no idea where to begin and she did a great job!  She & James continue to do a great job and go beyond my expectations!  Jordan & Jason have been amazing at troubleshooting any technical issues I’ve had and have come out here right away to help me out.
You have an amazing staff and there is no doubt that your company goes beyond what any other company would do.  I am very lucky to have found you and I owe a lot of my success to Future Industries!
