1. My fans come on, but no lights

Answer:
Emergency stop may be engaged OR safety switch may not be engaged

Solution: Release the emergency stop button. Check safety switches

2. My T-Max timer is reading E7

Answer: The timer has lost communication

Solution: Restart timer. Unplug power and plug back in

3. My bed will not start and has no accent lights or display on

Answer: The bed has no power

Solution: Check breakers for bed. Call an electrician

4. My bed displays E-02

Answer: Filter glass is missing or not installed correctly

Solution: Replace missing glass. Check filter glass alignment

5. My bed displays E-03

Answer: Bench Acrylic is not in place or missing

Solution: Install bench acrylic

Answer: Front kick plate is missing or not properly installed

Solution: Check front kick place. Install front kick place correctly
